These are the field names available in the AirTable field dropdown when editing a pricing row or building a quote.
When an item with a matching category is included in a quote, the rule fires and writes to AirTable. select sets a single-select field. checkbox checks a boolean field. multi_select appends a value to a multi-select field. For select rules on the same field, higher priority wins.
